Nivelles, a dynamic business community
Nivelles occupies a strategic position on the Brussels–Charleroi axis, at the junction of the E19 and the E420. The Nivelles-Sud industrial estate is one of the largest in Walloon Brabant and is home to both logistics operations and offices for SMEs. This accessibility attracts businesses that are recruiting and which regularly need to reorganise their premises to keep pace with their growth.
The town centre, centred around the Collegiate Church of Saint Gertrude and the Portes de l’Europe, is home to a cluster of professional practices, firms and small service organisations. Two different realities, two different approaches to design: a technical support centre is not conceived in the same way as a city-centre law firm. Our proximity enables us to understand these contexts and respond to them with precision.
What we do for offices in Nivelles
Our support begins by listening to your specific needs, not by referring to a catalogue. How many workstations are required? When do you need to concentrate? What are your requirements in terms of privacy or a sociable atmosphere? Based on this, our interior designers draw up a layout plan tailored to your space.
When it comes to furniture, we fit out workstations (sit-stand desks, ergonomic chairs), meeting rooms and reception areas. In terms of finishing touches, we handle partition walls, acoustic treatment (which is often overlooked in open-plan offices), flooring, paintwork, lighting and green walls. Everything is coordinated by a single project manager.
Our showroom plays a practical role here: before making a decision, you can come and try out a chair or compare two finishes in person, just five minutes from your home.
A local advantage – not just an address
Being based in Nivelles is not just a marketing point. When a measurement needs to be re-taken, a delivery needs to be adjusted or a question arises whilst work is in progress, we’re on site within the day. For a company that cannot afford to have a set out of action for weeks on end, this responsiveness often makes the difference between a project that drags on and one that moves forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is your showroom in Nivelles?
12 Rue Joseph Luns, 1400 Nivelles, near the South industrial estate. You can try out the furniture and see the finishes there before making a decision.
Do you provide support for small organisations in Nivelles?
Yes. We provide equipment for everyone from a self-employed person setting up an office to an SME reorganising an entire floor. The support we offer is tailored to the scale of the project.
Do you also manage the building work, not just the furniture?
Yes. Partitions, acoustic treatment, flooring, painting, lighting and joinery are all managed and co-ordinated by a single project manager.
How long does a refurbishment take in Nivelles?
A fit-out project usually takes a few weeks to complete. A project involving finishing works requires more extensive planning, which is set out in the quotation.
