In the course of our business (fitting out and selling office furniture and supplies to companies and individuals), we may collect personal data about you. At Wooh, we pay particular attention to data protection. This is why we have drawn up a Privacy Policy to explain to you in complete transparency how we handle your data.
1. Scope of application
Our Privacy Charter applies to all personal data we collect about people who purchase or are interested in Wooh products and services on our website or through any other channel. Our Privacy Charter has been drafted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter “GDPR”).

3. Categories of data processed
In the course of our business, we collect the following data:
- Contact details (surname, first name, mobile number, e-mail address, postal address)
- Bank details (card number, expiry date, security code)
4. Purposes of processing
- a) For contact details: Your contact details enable us to process your order (inform you of the status of your order, deliver to the correct recipient, provide after-sales support, etc.). Your contact details also enable us to send you our newsletter and keep you informed of our promotions, benefits and special offers.
- b) For bank details: Your bank details are only used for the payment of products and/or services ordered.
5. Data retention period
We do not keep your personal data indefinitely. Your personal data will be deleted at the latest on 31 December following 3 years of no reaction from you to our messages or following the expiry of the legal obligations governing the contractual relationship (7 years).
6. Recipients of data
Your personal data will be used exclusively for internal purposes. Your personal data will not be sold. In order to optimise the quality of our products and services, we use the services of third parties specialised in their field for certain activities (delivery, warranty, management of our customer database, management and maintenance of our website, activities on social media, etc.). All these sub-contractors are listed in a register of processing activities that we keep internally. We carefully select all our subcontractors and ensure that they meet the same high standards of personal data protection that we offer you (even if our subcontractors are located outside the European Union). To this end, we ensure that we sign a contract with each of our subcontractors specifying in particular their obligations with regard to the protection of personal data.
7. Updating data
In order to keep our customer database up to date, we undertake to delete or rectify any data that proves to be inaccurate.
8. Protecting your data
We guarantee that all technical, organisational and human measures (firewalls, personal passwords, verification system, limited access to files, etc.) are taken to ensure the protection of your data (in particular against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification and destruction). The method of storage as well as the security and confidentiality measures for your data are specified in a register of processing activities that we draw up and keep internally. In the event of a breach of your personal data, we undertake to notify the Data Protection Authority as soon as possible and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach. It goes without saying that you remain solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your connection data (login, password, etc). 9. Your rights
In accordance with the applicable legislation, any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right to :
- access data and recover data in the form of a copy (easily usable and allowing data portability)
- ask for your data to be deleted
- amend inaccurate or incomplete data
- request limited use of your data
- object to their data being processed, in particular for direct marketing purposes.

- Requests will be dealt with as quickly as possible and in any event within one month of receipt of your request.
