MOISTURIZE all day long: 5 tips

Are you one of those people who don’t think about drinking?

It’s very important to stay well hydrated.

And this is true at every stage of life, whether you’re a child, an adult or an elderly person. In general, we recommend drinking a liter and a half of water every day. In spring and summer, when temperatures are higher, two liters are recommended, i.e. 8 to 10 glasses of water.

Lack of hydration can manifest itself in the following signs:

  • A great thirst
  • Dark urine
  • Abnormal fatigue
  • Low voltage
  • Attention disorders

Discover our 5 tips in 2 minutes

Tip 01

One glass per hour.

Drink one glass of water (let’s estimate 25 cl) per hour throughout the day and you’ll have absorbed up to 2.5 L. Wow! Easy, isn’t it?

Tip 02

Use your mobile phone or connected watch.

Too immersed in work, you know you won’t think of having that drink every hour? Then program a reminder into your mobile phone. That’s at least 2 L (8 x 25 cl) of office time alone.

Then there are the morning and evening drinks at home.

Advice 03

Never without your bottle/gourd!

Whenever you’re on the move or in a meeting, take your bottle with you. The more water you have in front of you, the more you’ll think about it. Leave a water bottle in your car too – it’s amazing what you can drink when you’re stuck in traffic.

Tip 04

Find a natural alternative to water.

Water not your favorite taste? Flavor it naturally! Our recipe: 4 slices of lemon (organic) and grated ginger. Or even easier: buy some fruisanes and infuse them overnight.

Conseil 05

Nourish by moisturizing.

Remember to supplement your hydration by eating water-rich vegetables and fruit (watermelon) and drinking soups or gazpacho (cucumber).
