The importance of acoustics in open spaces

While the trend is back towards open or semi-open spaces, the question of acoustics is often overlooked. Indeed, in this type of space, echoes are present. There are a number of solutions to remedy this, and thus promote employee well-being.

In this project, the entire open space was covered with carpet, an important first step in sound attenuation. White Loopy benchtops by Bralco are topped bya fabric partition, which also plays an acoustic role, intimidating each individual’s zone. High-backed sofas create hushed spaces for informal meetings. They allow you to isolate yourself without being isolated in a closed room.

The right furniture for every meeting space

The furniture for the different meeting rooms is identical for all: large Be One tables by Frezza with connecting flaps in the middle, and Hay chairs with wooden legs. But depending on the desired ambience, our interior designer has combined materials and colors to give each room its own identity: industrial, chic, refined, luminous. So many possible associations with the same furniture base. Which one will be yours?
