Orders and delivery
How do I order online?
Add the products you want to your cart from the online shop, then confirm your order. For business purchases, you receive an invoice excluding VAT and can enter your VAT number at checkout.
Do you also sell to private individuals?
Yes. The online shop is open to private individuals as well as businesses, for example to furnish a home office. Without a VAT number, simply leave that field empty at checkout. You can also come and try the furniture in our Nivelles showroom.
What are the delivery times?
Lead times vary by product. Items in stock are delivered within 5 working days, others within 2 to 6 weeks. The exact lead time is shown on each product page.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free anywhere in Belgium for purchases from €750 excl. VAT. Below that amount, delivery charges apply.
Do you deliver outside Belgium?
As a rule, no: we deliver within Belgium. For special cases, contact us and we will discuss it.
Is furniture assembly included?
Assembly is quoted on a case-by-case basis. Write to us at web@wooh.be to discuss it.

Products and brands
Which brands do you distribute?
Wooh distributes leading brands such as Vitra, Narbutas, Thonet, Fantoni, Muuto, Interstuhl and HAY, chosen for their quality and design. Our Nivelles showroom displays a large part of these collections.
Can I order a product in a specific colour or finish?
Yes. Most of our chairs and furniture come in several finishes and colours. For a specific request not shown on the product page, contact us at web@wooh.be and we will send you a quote.
Do you offer clearance or discounted furniture?
Yes, our Clearance and Smart budget sections bring together selected products at attractive prices, so you can furnish your spaces without compromising on quality.

Showroom
Where is your showroom and what are the opening hours?
Our 1,500 m² showroom is at Rue Joseph Luns 12, 1400 Nivelles. It is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
You can drop in during the day. We do recommend booking an appointment so one of our experts can guide you.
Can I try the chairs before buying?
Yes, that is the whole point of our showroom. You can try our ergonomic chairs, test the adjustments and talk to our advisers before you decide.
