Fitting out of the BCGFI offices in Wavre

In July 2025, BCGFI commissioned Wooh to carry out the complete fit-out of its offices in Wavre. From the furniture to the bespoke finishes, the project was managed by our design team and our interior architects, with a single point of contact from the initial planning stage right through to installation. The result: a beautifully finished space and a delighted client.

The furniture, selected and supplied by Wooh

All the furniture is taken from our catalogue. The workstations are based around Bralco desks, whilst the executive offices have been fitted with Vitra and Interstuhl executive chairs. The meeting area features benches, cushions, chairs and a matching meeting table. Narbutas partition walls define the work areas, and Gotessons acoustic panelling ensures a comfortable acoustic environment.

The finishing touches carried out by our teams

As well as the furniture, Wooh took care of all the finishing work:

  • fitting of flooring, rugs and carpets,
  • wood cladding with integrated LED lighting,
  • bespoke joinery for the reception desk and the bench seat,
  • lime paint on the worktop, cupboards and walls.

Result

A cohesive working environment, where the furniture complements the bespoke finishes. The backlit timber cladding and lime wash lend character to the reception area, whilst partitions and acoustic solutions give structure to the spaces. BCGFI now has offices that reflect its identity, delivered on a turnkey basis by a single contractor.
