The effects of noise on health can have multiple consequences on our bodies: increased stress, sleep disturbance, the onset and intensification of aggression or depression, communication difficulties, negative judgements of others, etc. As a result, we sometimes hear people say that something is “getting on our nerves”. If this is a regular occurrence and affects your hearing comfort, ask yourself whether there is a need to take practical, functional and aesthetic action to resolve the issue.
